Elaine has been managing projects since 1986 and has grown to be an industry leader in a multifaceted career as a speaker, trainer, author, and consultant to organizations with instant name recognition such as NASA, US Dept of Energy, GE, and the World Trade Center One in New York. Elaine has served in leadership capacities in professional volunteer organizations, principally as the P6 Domain Lead for the OPSIG, and as President of the PMI Amarillo Chapter. Elaine has also earned her accreditation as a PMP from PMI. Elaine understands that to be successful in implementing solutions that serve an organization you must first understand its strategic goals and how that translates to its projects’ goals. Elaine is a person who is fully engaged in whatever endeavor she undertakes and has a passion for mission of the OPSIG to serve its members in learning about and sharing information about Primavera products.
